Randy Faigin

Randy Faigin is Building the Bench Counsel at Alliance for Justice where she works to develop a pipeline of professionally and demographically diverse state and federal judges. An attorney with extensive voter protection experience, Randy previously served as the Georgia State Director for VoteRiders. During the 2022 election cycle, Randy was the Deputy Director of Voter Protection for the Coordinated Campaign of the Georgia Democratic Party. In this role, she directed the Georgia Voter Protection Hotline to support over 25,000 voters, established the first Georgia Hotline text response program, and created voter education and volunteer training programs. Randy previously served as a member of the Voter Protection Team at Fair Fight Action.

Randy has managed multiple school board campaigns and advised on GA State legislative races. Before pivoting to politics and democracy, Randy was a corporate transactional lawyer at several large law firms. Randy has a BA from Brown University and a JD from Vanderbilt University School of Law where she was Order of the Coif.
