Join the movement. Protect our courts.
Since 1979…AFJ has led the fight for a fair and independent judicial system. Our work is changing the conversation around the critical importance of a diverse and representative judiciary to achieving justice for all. Join the movement to shape a tomorrow where rights are safeguarded, and justice prevails.

Monthly sustainers allow AFJ to focus more on the work and save AFJ money otherwise spent on fundraising. Knowing that we can count on your support each month makes a big difference!
Donate what you can each month and power the movement for fair courts.
Give a meaningful gift by donating in honor of, or in memory of, someone special today. There are few better ways to show your admiration or appreciation than by making a gift in your loved one’s name to AFJ. Please include their name and email address. We will share the news of your thoughtful gift with them or their family!
Some employers offer gift-matching programs for qualified charities, meaning they’ll match the amount of your donation up to a certain amount. This can effectively double your contribution and make twice the impact!
If you’re looking for a tax-savvy way to donate to charity, consider donating shares of stock. There are many benefits to donating stock, including saving on capital gains and income taxes.
A Donor-Advised Fund, or DAF, is an investment account where all the assets you invest are donated to charity. Anything you contribute to the fund — including cash, stocks, and cryptocurrency — is managed and invested by a sponsoring organization. Your contributions will grow tax-free, and over time you can recommend grants from your fund to qualifying charities.
People 70.5 and older can donate funds from their IRA accounts directly to qualifying nonprofits. This type of gift is called a Qualified Charitable Distribution, or QCD.
What will your legacy be? Create a lasting impact through your will. AFJ has partnered with FreeWill to provide this free resource to our supporters.
