Caroline McFall

Caroline McFall has been working in nonprofit operations and donor development since 2021 when she started as an Operations Fellow at GlobalGiving. During her time at GG, she managed the disbursement of over $2mm+ every month to 130+ locations around the world. She joined AFJ in May 2025 and is excited to work with everyday donors as well as major funders who are focused on elevating judicial reform in the US and making our courts work for the communities they serve. When not at work, she is likely knitting, gardening, or taking a “quick” nap.
