Biography
Pemberton received a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 2005 and a J.D. from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2008.
Legal Experience
After law school, Pemberton worked as a litigator, handling commercial, civil, and domestic cases. In 2017, he entered the judiciary after being appointed as a special judge for Oklahoma County. In 2018, he served as a district judge for Oklahoma County. In joining the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals. In 2021, he left the court to be the general counsel for the Oklahoma governor. In 2024, he returned to private practice and founded Pemberton Law Group where he has worked since.
