Biography

Pemberton received a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 2005 and a J.D. from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2008.

Legal Experience

After law school, Pemberton worked as a litigator, handling commercial, civil, and domestic cases. In 2017, he entered the judiciary after being appointed as a special judge for Oklahoma County. From 2018 to 2020, he served as a district judge for Oklahoma County. He then served on the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals from 2020 to 2021. In 2024, he returned to private practice and founded Pemberton Law Group where he has worked since.
