Biography
Kuntz received a B.A. from Boston College in 2003 and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2006.
Legal Experience
Kuntz began his legal career in 2006 as an associate at the Florida law firm GrayRobinson. He remained at the firm until 2016, where his practice focused on commercial litigation, insurance disputes, and banking-related cases. In 2016, Governor Rick Scott appointed him to Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal. He has served as a state appellate judge since then, and in 2025, his fellow judges elected him chief judge of the Fourth District Court of Appeal.
