Nominated to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
On May 11, 2026, President Trump nominated Antonio Pozos to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Biography
Pozos graduated with an A.B. from Harvard College in 2004, and a J.D. from the University of Michigan in 2007.
Legal Experience
Upon law school graduation, Pozos clerked for Judge Anthony J. Trenga of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia from 2010 to 2011. He later worked as a trial attorney in the Fraud Section of the Criminal Division at the Department of Justice. At the DOJ, Pozos served on the Corporate Strike Force and Medicare Fraud Strike Force, where he prosecuted healthcare fraud, public corruption, and white-collar crime cases.
Since 2018, Pozos has been a partner at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Philadelphia. He also works as a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
