Pan-African Community Action

Pan-African Community Action (PACA) is part of a historic and global movement for Pan-Africanism, or the liberation and unification of Africa, and of African people on the continent and in the diaspora, under the economic system of scientific socialism. PACA’s work is organized into three main areas: Programs, Campaigns, and Affiliations & Strategic Partnerships. Each of these areas represents a distinct way that members engage in the struggle for liberation and community power.
