Zack Ford

Zack Ford is the Senior Manager, Press and Editorial Communications at Alliance for Justice, where he helps craft the voice of the organization. He is the point-person for handling media requests, publicly promoting the organization’s work, and developing AFJ messaging.

Zack joined the AFJ team after a decade as a political journalist, covering LGBTQ issues and daily political news for ThinkProgress.org. He also has experience in public speaking and organizing, reflecting his background in education and college student affairs. On the side, he’s an accomplished pianist who has performed around the D.C. area. Zack graduated magna cum laude from Ithaca College with a B.M. in Music Education and from Iowa State University with an M.Ed. in Higher Education/Student Affairs.
