Carolyn Leary Bobb

Carolyn serves as the Vice President of Communications at Alliance for Justice, working as a strategic partner across multiple teams. She joined AFJ after working for seven years at the AFL-CIO fighting for working people. Carolyn has worked in communications throughout her career and is thrilled to begin this next chapter. 

After graduating from Willamette University with a B.A. in Rhetoric and Media Studies, Carolyn began her career in Portland, OR as a news and sports producer. She loves sports, especially basketball, and serves on the Board of UNITY Youth Development, a non-profit organization that serves local children through athletic and recreational programs. Carolyn is also passionate about animal rescue, and lives with five rescue dogs, in addition to her husband Stephen and son Ryan.
