Biography
Davenport earned her B.Mus. from New Mexico State University in 1998 and her J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2006.
Legal Experience
After law school, Davenport clerked for two years in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Following her clerkship, she served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in Las Cruces. Currently, Davenport serves as the Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Mexico in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
