Kavanaugh Nomination Cannot Proceed

WASHINGTON, D.C., September 23, 2018 – Following new reports of sexual assault and misconduct by Brett Kavanaugh, Alliance for Justice President Nan Aron released the following statement:

“No one can now ignore the accumulating allegations of sexual misconduct against Brett Kavanaugh. There is no place on the United States Supreme Court for a person who has displayed such a pattern of behavior, and we believe it is time for the White House and Senate Republicans to face the truth: this nomination cannot proceed, period.”
