Arnold Spellun (In Memory)

Mr. Spellun was Counsel at McLaughlin and Stern LLP. He received his B.A. degree from Michigan State University in 1952 and graduated from Yale Law School in 1955. His practice covered a full range of real estate activities including the development of commercial real estate and multi-family housing, real estate finance, zoning and land use, leasing, contracting, and construction litigation. Mr. Spellun’s work also included corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Spellun was a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Council.
