James Ho

On October 16, 2017, President Trump nominated James C. Ho to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Ho is nominated to fill the seat of Judge Carolyn D. King, who took senior status in 2013. Like the vast majority of President Trump’s nominees, Ho is a member of the right-wing Federalist Society, an outside group to which Trump has indicated he has delegated the judicial nomination process.
